In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to SMS TOGETHER. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of the United Kingdom only. We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

Shopping

You can order products online via www.smstogether.co.uk. When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email. We may refuse to accept an order if;

  • We do not receive your payment
  • There has been a pricing, discount offer or products description error
  • The ordered products are out of stock or discontinued
  • Personalised products contain content which may cause annoyance or inconvenience such as indecent, offensive, racist, pornographic, etc.

From UK to EC Countries Duty and Tax-Paid Goods
We understand no additional duty or tax will be charged on goods bought duty and tax paid in another EC country..

Payment

You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card, debit card or through Paypal. All our prices include VAT and Our VAT No: GB222001192

Availability

We try to keep our site as up to date, however we can not guarantee that all our products will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock we will aim to deliver within 28 days. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within the 28 days you can request cancellation and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

Order Cancellations

For most items on our website you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by contacting our customer services.
You cannot cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered are perishable goods or if the product is personalised or custom made to your requirements.
Due to the nature of our products, they are immediately sent for production. Please check your order during order process and the confirmation email carefully (you may also print copy of your order upon payment if you are registered with us) as we cannot refund or cancel your order for personalised products which have been mis spelt or you have had a change of heart.

Delivery

We deliver Worldwide. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address that you give us during your order process. We endeavour to dispatch goods on the day we specify within the product page, however we cannot guarantee dispatch on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside specified lead times. We also cannot accept liability or costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries where goods are sent direct from our manufacturers or for delays in the delivery caused by any third party. Dispatch times shown on the product description pages are indicative only, may vary during peak times or if the item is out of stock.
Orders will be dispatched with your chosen delivery method or for larger parcels a tracked service at the discretion of us. Goods returned described as undeliverable or not called for, will be subject to a redelivery charge. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item. If you do not receive your order within 28 days from the ordered date, we do not take liability unless you notify us in writing or by email within 30 days from the order date.

*Our working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm and all our dispatch timescales do not include weekends or bank holidays. Next Working Day delivery to Northern Ireland, Overseas UK addresses and Parts of Scotland will take an extra day.
*Free delivery excludes items that are on offer or discounted from the original price and available for UK address only.
*2nd Class Mail UK address only - Royal Mail aim to deliver within two to three days, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
*1st Class Mail UK address only- Royal Mail aim to deliver your order the next day, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
*Premium Tracked UK address only- This is not a next day delivery service, but you will be able to track your order.
*Please note that all our items require production time and this is stated on individual product pages.

Returned Orders

Any package that is returned to us as 'not called for' or for any other reason, we will notify you via your registered email address. If you do not re-arrange delivery with us, within 28 days of the notice, we will dispose of your package and no refund or compensation will be available to you.

Returns

We believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that you need to return an item, we will keep this process simple. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
